Little Greg is a sweet, timid 1 year old Podengo pup who was brought to the shelter after being abandoned on the streets with his brother. He is a timid little chap but once he gets to know you, loves attention and to play with his other pup friends in his kennel. He needs a home without children as he is quite a nervous little boy. He needs someone to be patient with him while he gets used to the world as he has never been in a home before. His adopter will need to understand that it can take a lot of time to get used to all the new things in the world and be willing to work with him to explore this. He's got a lot of love and energy to share with a family and would love to move to a home where he is kept safe and loved. He would like to live with another dog as he's been used to company since he was born. We do not know Peck's parents, however he has the look and characteristics of a Podengo breed. He has a very sweet character and gets excited when he see's the volunteers in the shelter as he will always accept some fuss and cuddles and will never say no to a treat or 2.
